NOTE: Reiki Master Teacher training is taught as a two-session class covered under one class fee. The students choose the date of the second class. You must complete both classes and all hands-on client sessions in order to receive your Reiki Master Teacher certificate.

In the Reiki Master Teacher training and certification class, you will learn:

• Reiki Philosophy - Reiki has been referred to as a support for healing; a hands-on technique for channeling healing energy.

• Reiki History and The Usui Method – We will discuss the Usui Method that we use and learn about the personal history of Dr. Mikao Usui, the Founder of the Reiki System of Healing.

• The Role of a Reiki Teacher – A Call to Service

• How to Conduct Reiki First Degree, Reiki Second Degree, Reiki Third Degree Master Practitioner, and Reiki Third Degree Master Teacher Training and attunements for your students.

• How to Attune and Train Others – You will learn the different attunements and training techniques to use for each level of Reiki classes.

• The Business Side of being a Reiki Teacher – The importance of maintaining a professional business practice cannot be understated. We will spend a significant portion of the second class learning every aspect of creating and maintaining a successful Reiki business.

• Hands-on experience by professionally conducting Reiki sessions on clients that you select – Each student will be required to provide Reiki sessions to five different clients (paid or unpaid) that you select and one session with me, document each session and give feedback of your sessions at the second class.

Overview of the Reiki Attunement & How To Do It

You will learn how the Reiki attunement adjusts our energy and how we become a channel in order to better receive and share the Reiki energy with ourselves, humankind, the Earth and the Spirit world. You will also practice giving attunements in class.

Preparing to Become a Reiki Teacher

You will be given many practices that you can incorporate into your personal preparation of your mind, body, spirit and space before teaching Reiki classes or conducting Reiki sessions with clients.

Reiki Symbols Review and How to Use Them During an Attunement

We will review the Reiki symbols and how they will be used when giving an attunement:

• Dai Koo Myo

• Cho Ku Rei

• Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen

• Sei He Ki

The Skills of a Reiki Teacher

We will discuss a variety of skills - how you can enhance those that you already have or learn new skills - that will contribute to your Reiki work in a positive way. The most important skill to embrace is your respect for the Spirit that moves through this work.

Reiki Practice & Homework

The regular practice of Reiki exercises is vital to increasing and maintaining your energy flow. We will learn and practice each exercise together. You will be sent home with a requirement to perform six healings and document the feedback on a sheet which will be provided during the first class. One of the six healings must be performed on the instructor (Alice). Giving one pet a healing is allowed in place of one person. For the feedback portion, you will stipulate the pet's behavior before the Reiki healing and after the healing.

Developing Your Unique Reiki Training Classes

Effective Reiki training includes a combination of many diverse aspects, such as Lecture, Discussion, Demonstration, Hands-On Practice, Exercises, Feedback, and Breaks. We will discuss each aspect in detail, along with providing guidelines for creating a lesson plan, supplies to have for your home office and supplies to bring to class, handouts to give to your students, and the importance of Intuitive Guidance as you, the vehicle for expression of Spirit, pass on this knowledge to your students.

The Business Aspects of a Reiki Teacher

You will receive an extensive array of practical guidance on running a successful business, including specific steps to develop a business concept, templates to use for tracking your business income and expenses while managing your business finances, what to charge students, organizing your business, managing your time, marketing - both traditional techniques and utilizing social media, recommendations for professional advisors to hire as a small business owner and much more.

Reiki Master Teacher Manual & Resource Guide

Each student will receive the Reiki Master Teacher Manual which has over 100 pages and covers the topics listed above in greater depth, and much more. Included in the manual is an extensive Resource Guide related to a Reiki healing and teaching business: lists of recommended books, websites, magazines, additional training, professional organizations to join, support groups of like-minded healers and teachers, and advice from professional healers covering every aspect from spiritual growth, crystals, energy healing, entrepreneurship, marketing, motivation and financial management.
