CLASS DESCRIPTION

Alice will give you background information on how to channel and provide exercises to get you used to receiving Spirit's information.

Highlights of this class will include:

- Guidelines to follow while channeling

- The Prayer of Connection

- Practice exercises to clear your left brain

- 7 spiritual entities will be called on

- and a handout will be provided

*Bring a journal to take notes! 
If you do not have a journal, a writing tablet will be given to you along with the class handout.
